Terms of service

  1. By commissioning blanketc for digital or traditional art pieces you are agreeing to these terms.

  2. blanketc has the right to refuse a commission for any reason

  3. blanketc as the artist, maintains all rights to completed artwork. blanketc has the rights to repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in their portfolio.

  4. Clients may repost commissioned artwork, but must credit blanketc or the artists personal account as long as no profit is being made by the client. (no selling the artwork on T shirts/prints/merch unless given written permission from blanketc).

  5. To purchase rights to commerical use of the commissioned artowrk (selling art on T shirts/prints/merch) the price of the commission will increase by 50%.

  6. blanketc does not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork.

  7. blanketc may charge more if the commissioned work requires extra details and/or items.

Process

  • WIPs will be sent throughout the piece being completed (sketch, lines, flat colours, finished piece)

  • During the sketch and line stage, changes can be requested, (nothing drastic unless blanketc is at fault on pose or key part of character).

  • Usual completion time is a week to 1 month, depending on place in queue, payments and communication time.
